Non refundable room. Anyone need?

Hi. I will not be able to attend. I have a non refundable room at the Hilton Garden Inn, two blocks away, that was much cheaper than the conference hotel. It is for friday and saturda night. I am willing to discuss options if you are looking for a room, as I might loose the whole cost I already paid anyway...and the room will be unused.
